it's time to play!

the funnish new game, my brother or a chimney sweep where i postable pictures of my brother or a chimney sweep and you get to guess which it is:

see, he's been trying to "make fireplace" whenever i needs a newish diaper all day lasterday. which seems messfull. but then he's a boy, so i s'pose its expected.

the sticking point

well, i was trialing to get some quick office work done this morning and climbed up into one of the nice old swivelly type office chairs...and accidentally slid out between the back part and the sitting part of the chair.
and got stuck.
really stuck.
with my arm and head still by the sitting part of the chair and the rest of my tummy and legs and other arm hanging out the backside. luckfully, mom came along and pulled me back out, but i was quite stuck for a bit. so let this be a lesson, office work is more dangerfull than it looks.

girl-ish

so lasterday we went and took pictures...in our good clothes...with flowers.

ewww...

luckfully i did not have to get as dressed up as kylee-sister. she was all uncomfortable looking...i mean, really, no way she could climb the monkey bars in this...not that she climbs much anyway, but still.

and then todays we went out for a walk and a playdate. with girls. which would've been okay in that they seem to have a lot in common with me (they like apples and strawberries and the slide at the park and rides in your stroller) just girly also. which seems to involve pink and sparkly shoes. whatever.

do not like

okay, so at first i humorized it when mom wanted me to do tummy times...after all, she's only been mom for like two months now and prolly doesn't know any better...but at some point you've just gots to pointed out that i do not like my tummy times.

back = good

tummy = bad

glad we've got that figured out.

chips

just in cased you were curious, i am putting my newish ability to open the fridgerators to a most excellent use...the procuring and consumption of chocolate chips.
which are yummy and wonderful, but we seem to be outs of them...and the butterscotch chips that are left are just wrong. trust me, i trialed them, and after one chip, the others were not even worthy of eating. so i just dumped them on the floor.
which is sad for them, not being chocolate and all.
i suppose i should check if there are any cookies left on the counter, before i give up entirely though.

sizeable

so lasterday i went in to my two month appointment. which, although baddish from shots and all that was interesting because i got to confirm what mom already suspected. i am ginormous! like the wnba should be contacting me any day now.

• weight-14 lb 3 oz or enough to give me nice dimples.
• height- 23 inches which is quite a respectable height for someone of my agedness.
• head- also huge! but they did not write its down for mom, and she forgetted the numbers.

and just for references, my shots made me sleepy and grumpy, but i fought the good fight and did not sleep. just was grumpy. all for now!

new skillz

so since i am now far bigger and wiser than i once was (as demonstrated by the relative sophistication i display when compared to my kylee-baby-sister) it occured to me i have several new skillz that i haven't shared with you. including (but prolly not limited to):

• opening the fridgerator and standing in the door while trying to talk mom into making me pancakes.
• climbing all the way up to the slide in the climb-y thing at church.
• using my parking garage to climb up on and search for my pacifiers, which are sadly decreasing in number and may be extinct before i turn three.
• climbing into my seat in the car.
• turning on the computer and monitor and speakers so i can watch a movie while mom takes a bath..
• not napping.

that about covers it.
